Trauma Response and Understanding for Employers
This training created by 3 Strands Global Foundation is directed at Supervisors and leaders of organizations/businesses. It helps a leader to recognize the signs of human trafficking. It also informs on the subject of trauma-informed care and practices in the workplace. There are a series of experts who each discuss how to best interact and support employees that have been through any type of trauma. It includes questions to answer and provides a certificate of completion at the end.
