The Iowa Network Against Human Trafficking and Slavery (NAHT) was Iowa’s first and remains the only statewide volunteer organization devoted exclusively to ending human trafficking in all its forms.

The Network Against Human Trafficking is an Iowa-based organization focused on ending demand for sex and labor trafficking, through

  • awareness-raising,
  • prevention education,
  • and working with organizations and communities to create trafficking-free zones across Iowa and beyond.

Please peruse our site to find out how to request training or consulting, establish anti-trafficking initiatives in your community, sign-up for our newsletter, join our organization, volunteer to help our advocacy initiatives and more.

In recognition of Slavery and Human Trafficking Prevention Month, the Iowa Network Against Human Trafficking co-sponsored along with the Franciscan Peace Center the first ever Iowa Freedom Summit. This is a one and a half hour, very informative update on Iowa’s fight to end human trafficking in our state. You will hear from six Network board members on six different topics. The last of whom is a survivor who has turned her “scars into stars”. Click below to watch.
